Police in the US state of Philadelphia have arrested a woman who is suspected of brutally murdering a Saudi student studying in the country on a scholarship, She is suspected of murder, robbery, burglary & other related offenses, Police say officers found the victim with a stab wound to the neck in a third-floor bathroom, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, local media reported.
