Two Saudis were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the kidnapping and killing of a young Saudi woman, police said.
Al Kharj police received a report from a citizen about his missing 26-year-old daughter, a Riyadh Police spokesperson said.
The body of the young woman was found buried in a desert area 10km away from the Al Kharj governorate in central Saudi Arabia. Two citizens, in their 30s, have been arrested on suspicion of their involvement in the circumstances of her disappearance and death, police said.
The duo were remanded in custody pending removal to Public Prosecution for further interrogation and trial, police said.
