A video clip posted on social media showed the suspects locked in a quarrel in front of a store, the Saudi news agency SPA reported.
According to the agency, one of them is still in a hospital after suffering serious head injuries in the violence.
Police arrested them in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province's Hafr Al Batin governorate.
