Twitter has officially announced the launch of a subscription service for everyone to get the blue verification tick for 8 dollars a month. For verified accounts, Twitter will provide a summary of the new features.

Post longer videos to Twitter with this feature. Quality content will receive priority ranking in replies, mentions, and search results. According to Twitter, this will reduce the visibility of scams, spam and bots.
