The General Directorate of Civil Defense has issued a warning regarding ongoing thunderstorms in several regions of Saudi Arabia. The alert, which is valid from Monday until Friday, predicts varying levels of rainfall across multiple regions during the upcoming days.
Regions Expected to be Affected
In the Makkah region, light to moderate rain is expected, with potential for flash floods, hail, and strong winds. These weather conditions may cause hazardous situations during the forecasted period.
The Riyadh region will see light rain in areas such as Afif, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Quwai'iyah, Al-Aflaj, Al-Sulayyil, and Wadi Al-Dawasir.
The regions of Al-Baha, Aseer, and Jazan are forecasted to experience moderate to heavy rain, while Hail, Al-Qassim, the Eastern Province, Madinah, and Najran will likely receive light to moderate rain.

The Civil Defense Directorate has urged residents to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines, including:
