Al-Johara Al-Hoqail, a young Saudi social media influencer, became more famous among social media users because of her selfless act of empathy and compassion.

According to Al-Arabiya.net, Johara Al-Hoqail's hashtag Al-Johara Al-Hoqail became an instant hit on social media after she revealed she had donated part of her liver to Jumana Al-Harbi, a total stranger.

Since she was 15, Al-Johara has cherished a dream. "I have been looking for an organ donation opportunity since I was 15 years old," she said. After hearing about Jumana Al-Harbi's suffering from one of her friends, she donated to save her. There are many patients who die because no one comes forward to donate their organs, according to Al-Johara.

Her retinal injury in both eyes required retinal transplantation, but she made her decision nonetheless, emphasizing that this did not prevent her from helping the little girl.
