Saudi Mother Forces Son To Divorce New Bride

A Saudi mother-in-law has forced her son to divorce his new bride a few months after their marriage under the pretext of social incompatibility.
“I have divorced the woman I love under pressure from my mother”, he said, accusing his relatives of playing a detrimental role in his divorce.
He said that his mother attended his wedding and was happy for them but things then changed and problems erupted.
The man who lives in the western region of Saudi Arabia bowed to his mother’s pressure and filed a divorce case with the court which ruled in his favour.
He claimed that his family had forced to tell the court that he wanted to divorce his bride due to social incompatibility and problems inside the new couple.
