Saudi Aramco announced the start of distributing its   3rd quarter dividends to shareholders. Aramco revealed a cash dividend of 70.32 billion Saudi riyals  to shareholders for the third quarter of the year 2020, bringing the share of the distribution to 0.3518 riyals.

The date of eligibility in the distributions was on November 9, 2020, provided that the eligibility for shareholders owning the shares was on the day of entitlement registered in the registry of the issuer's shareholders at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.

- The net income of the largest oil company in the world was 44.2 billion riyals, generally in line with analysts' expectations, and sales decreased by 25% from the same period in 2019 to $ 53.3 billion.

- The net cash flow reached $ 12.4 billion during the 3rd quarter of this year, compared with $ 20.6 billion in the previous year, and the company's financial leverage (debt-equity ratio) jumped to 21.8% from 20% in June and from minus 5% in March, when Aramco had more cash than debt.
