Saudi Arabia's Work Environment Has Become Increasingly Attractive To Expats
Category: Expats

Saudi Arabia's expert on Human Resources Economics and Development, Hisham bin Ali, said the work environment in the Kingdom has become more appealing to expatriates, thereby speeding up the development process.

Expats of Saudi Arabia join forces with the people of the country to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030. Many major projects are part of the Kingdom's vision for economic, social, and cultural diversification.

In line with Saudi Vision 2030, each of these projects will open new areas of economic activity, create jobs, and drive economic development.

According to Hisham, there are clear complementary relations between expats and the Saudi people, between expats and companies, and between expats and their fellow Saudis.

As a result of these relations, we were able to achieve the Saudi Vision goals in the shortest amount of time with the least effort, added Hisham.

Saudi Arabia has about 10 million expatriates, representing 30 percent of its population. The expats are working men and women and their families. The majority of women expatriates work in the health and educational sectors.

The robust growth of Saudi Arabia will require the participation of foreigners from all over the world, making Saudi Arabia their second home.
