The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia announced that more than 10 million (10,031,313) doses of Corona virus vaccine have been administered all over the Kingdom through its 587 designated vaccination centers.
Saudi Arabia has vaccinated about 29% of its population at a rate of 147,552 doses per day. The Kingdom's recovery rate is holding steady with 96%.
- The Health Ministry has conducted more than 72,000 Covid-19 tests in the last 24 hours, As of now, the Kingdom has conducted more than 17.2 million (17,238,146) corona tests.
- The Ministry of Health confirmed that the vaccines used in the Kingdom are safe and effective to prevent infection with the Coronavirus and its complications, noting that they are subject to high requirements from the competent authorities, adopt the highest standards of safety and security, and achieve high effectiveness and safety.
- The Ministry called everyone in Saudi Arabia to register for receiving Corona vaccine through Sehhaty app.
- The Ministry highlighted the importance of adhering to preventive measures such as wearing a mask, social distancing, sterilizing hands and not shaking hands to limit the spread of the Corona virus, in order to preserve the health and safety of everyone.
