In a remarkable display of faith and unity, the Prophet's Mosque in Medina recently hosted over 5 million worshippers during the week of December 8 to 15. This spiritual congregation, meticulously organized by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque, saw 501,938 visitors paying respects at Prophet Mohammad's (Peace Be Upon Him) tomb, while 235,341 devotees gathered for prayers at the revered Al Rawdah Al Sharifa.

The authority's dedication to providing comprehensive services ensured a seamless and fulfilling experience for all attendees. Special attention was given to the elderly and those with special needs, with 15,295 individuals accommodated at designated sites.

The diverse and inclusive environment extended to translation services, benefiting 87,446 visitors of various nationalities. The mosque's library, a beacon of Islamic learning, attracted 13,584 enthusiasts, while 4,783 individuals explored the rich history and culture of Islam through the mosque's exhibitions and museums. An additional 8,638 visitors utilized the mosque's communication channels.

As part of their commitment to spiritual well-being, the Authority distributed over 111,600 bottles of Zamzam water to worshippers. The sense of community was further enhanced with the provision of 92,992 Iftar meals and the distribution of 42,125 gifts, creating a truly enriching experience for all.
