Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia Warns Against The Possession Of Nuclear Materials Without A License

Saudi Public Prosecution has warned the public against possessing, using, transferring, altering, adjusting, or disposing of nuclear materials without a licence, local media reported.
SR30 million in fines and a ten-year jail term are the punishments for anyone who causes or may cause death or serious injury to a person or severe damage to property or the environment, according to the public prosecution.
It has been clarified by the Public Prosecution that the nuclear material is plutonium or uranium-233, or uranium-233 or uranium-235, along with natural isotopes of uranium.
According to the Nuclear Safeguards Agreement, nuclear materials include any source material or fissile material.
