King Khalid International Airport In Riyadh Has Opened Its Terminals 3 And 4

Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud inaugurated the International Travel Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 at Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) on Monday (14th November 2022

In addition to the Governor of Riyadh, the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Eng.Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser and the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Duailej and the number of Excellencies and Senior Civils and Military officials were attended the launch.

In order to improve passenger services and facilitate travel procedures, Terminal Three and Terminal Four operate in a flexible manner. There are 22 travel gates, 95 dedicated check-in counters, and 12 self-service machines in the two terminals.

King Khalid International Airport's Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 also include the latest technology to improve operational services. A wide-body aircraft can be accommodated in the aviation yard, giving the two terminals a competitive advantage.

Three business lounges have been added to these terminals, along with retail stores, duty free shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The two terminals will be an important addition to the Riyadh Airport, supporting its capacity of 13 million passengers annually. GACA head, Al-Duailej, said this is just the beginning of the expansions and future developments coming to Riyadh's KKIA.

According to the Minister of Transport, the 2 terminals will support international travel and help Qatar achieve its national transport and logistics strategy.
