3. The domestic worker's and the new employer's records must be clear of traffic violations.

4. The domestic worker should not be listed as Huroob (absconding) or Absent From Work in the system.

5. The transfer of domestic worker services is limited to a maximum of 4 times.

6. The domestic worker must have a residence permit (iqama) with a remaining validity of 15 days or more upon assignment.

7. A service fee is applicable.
