According to the General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia, passport departments and branches will remain open until 22nd Ramadan 1444 AH during the blessed month of Ramadan.
With the help of the Ministry of Interior platforms Absher Individuals and Absher Business, as well as the Muqeem website, everyone will be able to benefit from Saudi Jawazat's services without having to visit their headquarters.
A statement from the Passports department noted that work at the Jawazat division in Al-Rimal district in Riyadh takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on all days. Roshan Mall in Al-Kharj governorate has electronic services divisions working from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Sundays and Thursdays.
From Sunday to Thursday, the Serafi Mall passports division and the Tahlia Mall passports division in Jeddah Governorate will receive auditors from 1 AM to 5 PM and from 9 PM to 1 AM.
From Sunday to Thursday, the passport departments of the regions and governorates will work from 10 AM to 3 PM.
The passports department also called to request Tawasul service, which allows users to address observations on Absher platform when requesting electronic passport services.
