Citizen Arrested With 114 Kg Of Khat By Jazan Police

A citizen was arrested in Dhamad, Jazan province, with 114 kg of khat hidden in his vehicle. He was arrested and referred to the public prosecution.
Khat is a flowering evergreen shrub that is abused for its stimulant-like effect. Khat has two active ingredients, cathine and cathinone.
