The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia stated that a resident expat can travel abroad, provided that he or she holds the valid visa and travel document.
A citizen inquired with Jawazat that, he has a female domestic worker and she wants to travel, is that available for her?
Jawazat through its Twitter, in response to an inquiry from a Saudi citizen in this regard state that, “a resident expat can travel, after booking through the carrier, and he or she is required to have a valid visa and a valid travel document, with sticking to the terms of entry into the destination country.”
On the other hand, the Jawazat stated that the instructions do not allow the transfer of an exit and re-entry visa to a final exit while the beneficiary is outside the Kingdom.
