The global deaths of Covid-19 could reach 3.3 million by January 2021, If the governments ease Corona virus restrictions on social distancing, gatherings, researchers at the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation said.

They used official data from countries around the world and were able to determine what the worldwide Covid-19 death toll would be depending on how different scenarios play out.

- If 95% of the World's population continues to wear a face masks from this week, the death toll could drop to 1.8 million prescribed the researchers.

- However, if current trends continue, where some countries mandate the face masks and other regulations, while the others do not, then the total number of deaths could reach 2.5 milllion as per the report of Tamara Abueish to Al Arabiya.
 
- The report of researchers also reveals that there are also some deaths due to corona virus must its not included in governments official data. This is because the people avoid going to medical centers or clinics and the death rate may increase as health care facilities struggle to keep up.
