In the aftermath of a serious run-over accident in Makkah, one of the critically injured individuals has been airlifted to King Fahd Hospital in Jeddah. The Medical Transfer and Command and Control Room in the Makkah region swiftly responded to the incident reported in Al-Husseiniyah neighborhood, dispatching an air ambulance within an impressive 18-minute response time.
Upon medical examination, it was revealed that both individuals involved had sustained fractures, with one of them in a serious condition. The seriously injured person was promptly transported to King Fahd Hospital in Jeddah via the air ambulance, while the other was taken to King Faisal Hospital in Al-Shisha, Makkah, via a regular ambulance.
The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Makkah region is urging citizens and expatriates to adhere to traffic regulations and instructions, emphasizing the importance of avoiding overspeeding and refraining from using mobile devices while driving.
