The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program is open to Saudi public and private sector employees. Employees under any age can apply for the program because there is no specific age limit, according to a statement from the program.

According to the general requirements and terms and conditions of the program and track, this also applies to Saudi students who pursue higher studies abroad at their own expense.

Students who pursue scholarship studies abroad, including their sons, daughters, wives and husbands, can apply for one of the tracks according to the terms and conditions formulated for them. Scholarships are available to government employees, civilians, and military personnel who meet the general and special requirements.

Students who study abroad at their own expense can apply for scholarships if they meet the general scholarship requirements and the track-specific criteria.
