The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia said that the second dose of the Corona vaccine is now available to all age groups targeted by vaccination, by booking an appointment through the Sehhaty app.

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abdali, said that it is possible to switch between doses of the Moderna vaccine and other anti-Coronavirus vaccines which approved in Saudi Arabia.

- During press conference Today, he said that vaccines are very important to protect against the Corona virus (Covid-19), highlighting that they make a big difference in facing this pandemic. 

- He added that the last 3 days of isolation should be without Corona symptoms, noting that leaving the home isolation for Corona patients before recovery is very dangerous.

- Today, Saudi Arabia reports 1,112 new Corona cases, 1,189 new recoveries and 13 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total infections in the Kingdom to 501,195 of which 482,414 recovered with 7,976 deaths.

- Saudi Arabia's active corona cases drops to 10,805 of which 1,418 are Critical and are in intensive cares, The health ministry has done 96,616 Covid-19 tests in the last 24 hours and 22,993,073 since the beginning of the pandemic.

- The Ministry of Health has administered more than 19.75 million (19,752,878) doses of Corona vaccine all over the Kingdom to Saudi citizens and resident expats. Of the total, first doses are 17,483,089 and second doses are 2,269,789.
