Saudi Arabia has opened its doors to tourists from six new countries, making it easier to visit the Kingdom. The Ministry of Tourism has streamlined the process, allowing travelers to obtain e-visas electronically or upon arrival at Saudi Arabia's ports, ensuring a memorable travel experience.
The Ministry of Tourism in Saudi Arabia has officially announced that citizens of the following six countries can now apply for tourist visit visas:
1. Turkey
2. Thailand
3. Mauritius
4. Seychelles
5. Panama
6. Saint Kitts and Nevis
Holders of these nationalities can apply for a tourist e-visa online or upon arrival at any of Saudi Arabia's ports, including land, sea, and air entry points.
Tourist visit visas are versatile and can be used for various purposes, including tourism, Umrah, business, and visiting relatives and friends, as stated by the Ministry.
Here are some important conditions to keep in mind:
1. Adhere to the specified time limit on the tourist visa. If it's a multiple-entry visa, the time limit may be reduced.
2. Visa identification is not available after its expiry.
3. Depart the Kingdom before the end of the specified period on the visit visa to avoid penalties.
4. A tourist visa does not permit the holder to work for pay, and performing Umrah during the Hajj season is not allowed.
