The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia announced the date for implementing the decision of Saudization in real estate activities and job professions, it will be implemented from 24/2/1443 AH (1st Oct, 2021), highlighting that it will provide more than 11,000 jobs.

The Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) had earlier announced the advantages of the localization program for real estate job professions, it was launched in cooperation with the General Real Estate Authority to employ 11,000 job seekers.

- The HADAF specified that the program to localize the job professions of the real estate sector aims to raise the efficiency of human capital, train and employ 11,200 male and female job seekers, who wish to work in the real estate sector, support the efforts to qualify the national workforce and employ them in vital activities in private sector, to raise the skills of job seekers, allowing them to find work opportunities and support their job stability.

- The program comes within the agreement concluded by the Real Estate General Authority with the Human Resources Development Fund, which specified that the Saudi Real Estate Institute prepare training packages and implement the training programs of joint property manager, facilities manager, real estate brokerage, and marketing specialist.
