Prohibited Hajj Rituals On 4 Types Of Visas, Ministry Of Hajj Clarifies
Category: Saudi Arabia

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia emphasizes that individuals planning to perform the Hajj pilgrimage from outside the Kingdom must obtain a Hajj visa specifically.

Additionally, the Ministry provides instructions for pilgrims residing within the Kingdom, stating that they need to acquire and print a Hajj permit.

In light of the upcoming Hajj season, the Ministry outlines the types of visas that do not grant permission to perform Hajj rituals. These include visit visas, tourism visas, work visas, stop-over or transit visas, and other visas.

As pilgrims from around the world prepare to journey to the Holy land for the 2023 Hajj (1444 AH), Saudi Arabia is welcoming delegations from various countries.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is actively providing guidance and warnings to facilitate smooth procedures for pilgrims upon their arrival in the Kingdom.
