The Ministry of Tourism in Saudi Arabia announced that the Kingdom to open its doors to vaccinated tourists and lift the suspension of entry for tourist visa holders, starting from 1st August, 2021, The ministry set 4 conditions for tourists to enter the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Tourism clarified the conditions for tourists to enter the Kingdom, which came as follows:

1. Present an official vaccination certificate upon arrival into Kingdom, vaccines approved in the Kingdom are 2 doses of Pfizer or AstraZeneca, or of Moderna, or 1 dose of Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

2. Carry an approved certificate proving a negative PCR test result within 72 hours before arriving in the Kingdom.

3. Register the data on vaccination doses on the new dedicated portal, visitsaudi.com

4. Download the Tawakkalna application and their data will be recorded in it to allow them to enter public places.
