The Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia highlighted the booster dose of the Corona vaccine, stating that it is a condition for the continuation of the 'Immune' status and to entry into markets, centers and commercial establishments.
The Ministry explained, through its official Twitter account that, receiving the booster dose includes age groups of 18 years and above and all those who have been 8 months or more since receiving the second dose, with the exception of those who are exempt from taking the vaccine according to the status of Tawakkalna application.
- The ministry added that control of all commercial establishments, markets and malls will be tightened to prevent any misuse, and penalties will be applied against violators. The ministry also clarified that these conditions will be applied as of 1st February, 2022.
