An Explosion In A Famous Restaurant In Abu Dhabi, Resulting In Injuries

A number of people were injured in an explosion that occurred at dawn today (Monday) in a famous restaurant, in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi Police said in a statement that it had received a notification of an explosion in a restaurant, and the rapid intervention teams were immediately mobilized at the Al Falah Center of the Emergency and Public Safety Directorate, as they evacuated the residents from the building and cordoned off the site to ensure the safety of the public.
She explained that it is expected that the explosion was caused by gas installations in the restaurant, pointing out that the accident resulted in injuries between the simple and the medium, and that she was taken to the hospital for treatment.
