One Saudi citizen Fatima Al Mahfouz, from Khamis Mushait region, pardoned a cleaner who was responsible for the deaths of her 19 year old son Hatem and her 18 year old daughter Amal after their deaths in a terrible accident on one of the main roads. This is an example of forgiveness at the highest level.

In a tone of sadness, the mother of Hatem asked her two children for mercy and forgiveness, saying she dreamed of a bright future awaiting her only son Hatem and her daughter Amal, but they died too soon.

Since nothing in this universe could compensate for her loss, she gave up her right. She explained that they both aspired to enter the University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Hatem's mother talked about the details of the horrifying accident that occurred last year. When the accident occurred on the Bisha Khamis Mushait Road while she was accompanied by Hatem, Amal, and her daughter Hanin, six cars were destroyed.

When he noticed a municipal car parked on the highway, he tried to avoid it, but it failed and the vehicle collided with it and another vehicle, causing him to exit the road and enter another parallel road, where he collided with another car.

- Faitma Al-Mahfouz confirmed that her son Hatem was holding her hand and whispering in secret of two accounts, while her daughter Amal Al-Hayat died immediately after a head injury, while she and Hanin were taken to the hospital for treatment, describing the incident as horrific.

Hatem's mother commented as soon as she was discharged from the hospital after being pardoned by the worker who caused the accident that money cannot compensate for her children.

A number of people attended the reconciliation at the mother's house on Monday, where bouquets of roses were presented to the families of the deceased. Among them were the mayor of Asir, Walid Al-Hamidi, and the governor of Bisha, Saeed bin Nasser Al-Talloq.
