A strategic move to attract investors and skilled individuals to Saudi Arabia has resulted in the introduction of five new visa categories under the “premium residency products” umbrella. In line with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's vision of positioning Saudi Arabia as a global hub for talent and investment, these categories have been announced by Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Alkassabi, Chairman of the Board of the Premium Residency Centre.
Among the new Premium Residency products are:
- Special Talent Visa: Targeted at executives and professionals specializing in healthcare, science, and research, aiming to attract individuals with unique skills and experiences.
- Gifted Visa: Geared towards integrating skilled professionals and talented individuals into Saudi Arabia’s cultural and sports sectors.
- Investors Visa: Designed for investors seeking opportunities in Saudi’s thriving business landscape, promoting high-impact returns across the economy.
- Entrepreneur Visa: Intended for aspiring entrepreneurs and owners of innovative projects, fostering start-ups in Saudi Arabia and contributing to economic transformation.
- Real Estate Owner Visa: Tailored for individuals who own real estate, offering an exceptional quality-of-life experience while benefiting from the Kingdom’s dynamic real estate market.
Alkassabi noted that these new products aim to accelerate Saudi Arabia's transition to a knowledge-based, diversified economy by attracting professionals and investors. A Premium Residency can be used by anyone who has the ability to add value to the national economy and actively participate in Saudi Arabia's development journey under Saudi Vision 2030.
With the help of strategic partners across various government entities, these products offer a wide range of benefits, including the ability to conduct business, own real estate, obtain work permits for holders and their families, as well as numerous other advantages available through a partnership between the Premium Residency Centre and its government partners. The initiative aims to enhance the country's economic transformation, create jobs, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
