The NCM warns that rainfall intensity will vary by region:
Light rain: 1–4 mm/hr, with downdraft winds causing dust and sand gusts up to ~50 km/h.
Moderate rain: 5–9 mm/hr, winds up to ~60 km/h, risk of flash floods, hail, and rough coastal waves.
Heavy rain: >10 mm/hr, winds over 60 km/h, elevated flash-flood risk, hail, very high coastal waves, and in rare cases possible tornadoes/waterspouts.

Tabuk
Duba, Al Wajh, Umluj, Tabuk city, NEOM, Haql, Al-Badʿ, and Tayma are forecast to see moderate to heavy rainfall at intervals through the alert period.
Madinah
Yanbu, AlUla, Al-‘Is, Badr, and Khaybar may receive moderate to heavy rainfall. Medina city, Al-Hunakiyah, Al-Mahd, and Wadi Al-Far‘ are expected to record light to moderate rain during the period.
Makkah region
Rabigh may face moderate to heavy rain. Light to moderate rain is expected in Jeddah, Khulays, Makkah, Al-Kamil, Al-Jumum, and Bahrah (Nov. 25–26). Ta’if, Maysan, Adham, and Al-Ardiyat are forecast moderate to heavy showers from Tuesday to Friday. Al-Lith and Al-Qunfudhah will likely see light to moderate rainfall from Wednesday to Friday.
Al-Jouf & Northern Borders
Al-Qurayyat, Tabarjal, Dumat Al-Jandal, and Sakaka (Al-Jouf) are expected moderate to heavy rain on Tuesday. In the Northern Borders, Turaif and Arar may see moderate to heavy rainfall while Rafha and Al-‘Uwayqilah can expect light to moderate rain across Tuesday–Wednesday.
Hail, Al-Baha, Asir, and Jazan
Hail and Al-Baha: moderate to heavy rain from Tuesday through Friday.
Asir: moderate to heavy rain Tuesday–Friday, with heaviest downpours expected in Abha, Khamis Mushait and surrounding highland towns on Thursday–Friday.
Jazan: rainfall beginning moderate on Tuesday and intensifying to heavy by Thursday–Friday.
