Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah urged Umrah pilgrims to ensure that the services they will receive from service providers and establishments that organize Umrah trips are spelled out in a written contract.

In addition to determining the details of services such as housing, transportation, the date of travel, and the like, the ministry stressed that pilgrims will obtain services from companies and establishments that are licensed to organize Umrah tours.

It is noteworthy that the ministry has mobilized its electronic procedures and all its technical programs to serve the pilgrims and facilitate their performance of the rituals in ease and comfort since the launch of the new Umrah season, which is coordinated with the relevant authorities. As of July 30, 2022, the new Umrah season began on Muharram 1, 1444.
