The Hajj Ministry Clarifies Whether Children Under The Age Of 5 Can Perform Hajj This Year

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah clarifies whether children under 5 are allowed to perform Hajj this year 2022 (1443 AH).
According to the ministry, pilgrims under the age of 65 can apply for Hajj pilgrimage.
The applicant must, however, complete his vaccination against Corona virus (Covid-19) with one of the vaccines approved by the Public Health Authority in order to perform the Hajj pilgrimage this year.
The Ministry of Health announced earlier that corona vaccine was available for children aged 5 to 11 years, but for younger age groups the vaccine has not been approved.
