SR 10,000 Penalties Will Be Charged On Blurred Number Plates

The General Directorate of Traffic informs that up to SR 10,000 penalties will be charged on blurred number plates (unclear number plates).
It is not uncommon to see cars with blurred number plates in Saudi Arabia. Now the department strictens the law.
There will be a fine of up to SR 10,000 for if the driver does not stand at the accident scene or does not report the accident or does not provide the necessary assistance to the accident victims.
