Dr. Rima Al-Yahya, member of the Shoura Council, stressed that preparation of the index of Saudi employee rates should focus on placements that suit their academic standards. During the deliberations on the annual report of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for the fiscal year 1442/1443 AH, she made these remarks.

Another member, Aisha Zakri, emphasized the need for new legislation and regulations to allow government and private employees to use the remote work system according to specific and clear guidelines.

In his own words, Eng.Mohammed Al-Ali urged the ministry to play an effective supervisory role in controlling and preventing practices that violate the unified system for the work environment of women. Monitoring and field follow-up of facilities are needed to ensure that they comply with the system's regulations.

Faisal Tomahi urged the ministry to instruct the private sector not to insist Saudi jobseekers, who wish to join the labor market in the private sector, have sufficient experience.

According to another member, Dr. Sultana Al-Badawi, Saudi divorcees who have no children should be considered independent beneficiaries and not dependents when it comes to housing allocation.
