Amir of Makkah Prince Khalid Al-Faisal has ordered on Saturday the arrest of a couple appeared in a video and went viral after two people are seen dancing in the street, the video shows a Filipino guy gives her girlfriend engagement ring in front of jeddah corniche in Saudi Arabia after dancing for her.
