Motorists who lose their vehicle's number plate must follow the procedure laid out by the General Directorate of Traffic (Muroor).
In response to a query in this regard, the Muroor said the car's owner must report the loss to the criminal records department immediately.
Following the report of the loss, the required fees for obtaining a duplicate number plate must be paid, and the vehicle owner must submit the application to any traffic police office.
