In its new free service, Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) will deal with international flights, including the issuance of boarding passes and baggage cards, in addition to receiving luggage of groups from Makkah and Madina 24 hours before departure, and completing all procedures related to it and then transferring it directly to the baggage handling area at the airport.
Saudi Airlines is the only provider of this new service, coordinated by groups in Makkah around the clock through email ([email protected]), Whatsapp (+966515223812), and in Madina through email ([email protected]) and Whatsapp (+966515223813).
Saudi Airlines recently conducted a campaign on baggage instructions for pilgrims, its regulations and the campaign itself, which has taken place in many locations inside and outside Saudi Arabia, as part of its keen interest in smooth movement at airports and operations during the return phase after performing rituals.
This campaign clarifies all rules regarding baggage by using a simplified method supported by images, as well as providing it in six languages at twenty international airports, and on various internal sites such as Hajj campaigns in holy sites, camps, and hotels in Makkah and Madina.
The campaign instructed not to carry any kind of liquid inside the luggage, including Zamzam water. The luggage should be in good condition and packed, and other instructions were given to return without any problems.
- Saudi Airlines continues to receive pilgrims at the arrival stage through flights that are designated for pilgrim transport, which reach many destinations and are supported by a network of scheduled and additional flights connecting all parts of the Kingdom and flying to 4 continents around the world.
