What is a Final Exit Visa in Saudi Arabia?
Expatriates living in Saudi Arabia can permanently depart from the Kingdom with the Final Exit Visa, also known as Khurooj Nihai. This visa facilitates a permanent exit and ensures your company permits your departure. It also allows for a future return to Saudi Arabia under a new visa.
Conditions for Issuing a Final Exit Visa
1. Valid Passport
The validity of the passport must be no less than 60 days from the date of issuing the final exit visa.
2. Payment of Traffic Violations
All outstanding traffic violations must be settled by the individual or their employer before issuing the visa.
3. Physical Presence in Saudi Arabia
The applicant must be physically present in Saudi Arabia at the time of applying for the final exit visa.
4. Passport Validity for Exit Re-Entry Visa
The applicant’s passport must have at least three months of validity remaining to qualify for an exit re-entry visa.
5. Valid Iqama
The iqama or residence permit of the applicant must be valid at the time of issuing the final exit visa.
6. Fingerprints
Fingerprints must be recorded in the Jawazat systems for individuals aged 15 and above.
