Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior has announced that the Absher digital platform processed more than 38 million electronic transactions in November, reflecting the Kingdom’s continued push toward advanced digital government services for individuals and businesses.
Absher November Transaction Statistics
According to official figures, the total number of transactions completed through Absher Individuals and Absher Businesses reached 38,315,884 during the month.
- Absher Individuals: 35,791,107 completed transactions
- Absher Businesses: 2,524,777 completed transactions
A significant portion of individual transactions included 29,637,421 document viewings via the digital wallet, allowing citizens, residents, and visitors to securely access official documents through the Absher mobile application.
Public Security, Traffic, and Passport Services Breakdown
The General Directorate of Public Security alone processed 3,535,187 transactions through the Absher platform during November.
Key Sector Contributions
- General Directorate of Traffic: 3,432,289 transactions
- General Directorate of Passports: 1,960,089 transactions
- Civil Status Agency: 532,784 transactions
Many of these services are frequently used alongside other Saudi government digital services, reinforcing the efficiency of online public-sector platforms.
Additional Services Through Absher Individuals
Through the Absher Individuals platform, users benefited from a wide range of additional services, including:
- 124,926 security and service-related reports issued
- 1,729 general fingerprint inquiries processed
- 215 document delivery requests submitted by mail
These services complement other essential digital offerings such as Absher residency and traffic services, making daily transactions faster and more accessible.
Unified Digital IDs Surpass 28 Million
The Ministry of Interior also confirmed that more than 28 million unified digital IDs have been issued via the Absher platform. These digital identities enable secure access to Absher Individuals, Absher Business, and Absher Government services.
In addition, unified digital IDs provide entry to over 500 government and private entities through the National Unified Access Portal Nafath, strengthening trust and integration across Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem.
