The Jeddah Transport Company will launch a new airport express service between King Abdulaziz International Airport and downtown Jeddah, in collaboration with the Jeddah Airports Company and the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO), as part of the overall development of public transportation services in Jeddah.

The Jeddah Municipality announced that the airport express bus service will operate round-the-clock during the week and will be linked to the city center.

This relates to the joint cooperation to develop bus transport services to and from Jeddah's International Airport, specifically Terminal 1, as well as between Terminal 1 and Northern Terminal 2. For the provision of the best transportation service to all segments of society for an amount of 15 riyals with a variety of options for travelers to move from and to the airport.

Jeddah Airports Company to allocate bus stops in the departure and arrival areas of Jeddah's airport, Terminal No. 1, and set up a waiting area in front of bus stop sites in the arrival area, while Terminal No. 1 In addition to the airport and SAPTCO stations in Al-Balad, the route includes 3 stops, the first near the Flamingo Mall, the second near the AL-Andalus Mall, and the third along the Madina Road descending in Al-Baghdadiah District 7.

A representative from Jeddah Transport Company will follow up on the performance of the service, the adherence to the towing schedule, the cleanliness of the buses internally and externally, and the safety of their equipment, in addition to coordinating with government and private agencies operating at King Abdulaziz International Airport to facilitate the implementation of the bus transportation service from and to Terminal 1 of the airport.
