Through the Masar platform, employees can explore various transfer options, including direct transfers, transfers with promotion, and announcements for transfers along with promotions. The service ensures accessibility to transfer announcements and seamless application submissions, subject to compliance with specified conditions and regulations governing transfer procedures.

This innovative service caters to employees on the general employee ladder within government entities, empowering them to pursue transfer opportunities in alignment with established criteria. Moreover, it equips human resources specialists within these entities to effectively oversee and manage transfer operations.

With a focus on augmenting human capital investment, the service facilitates internal hiring processes, streamlines transfer procedures, and upholds transfer regulations across government agencies. It empowers human resources personnel to address sector-specific requirements while fostering talent development within the governmental sector.

Targeting employees within the general employee ladder, the service enables entities to advertise vacant positions and facilitates employee transfers, contingent upon employer approval and alignment of experience and academic qualifications with the targeted profession's classification rules. Notably, the service is available for positions up to rank 13, excluding ranks 14 and 15.
