Saudi Arabians are celebrating the first ever Founding Day, which dates back to the year 1139AH / 1727AD, when Imam Muhammad bin Saud established the first Saudi state.

The following founding day activities include:

The Beginning March (Founding Day Parade) in Riyadh's Wadi Namar:

"Founding Day Parade," which will take place on February 22, will feature 3,500 spectators with their purebred horses. Ten awe-inspiring performances will be performed on the founding day, accompanied by sweet melodies in the artists' voices. The event starts between 7 PM and 9:30 PM, and lasts for an hour and a half. As part of the entry requirements, you must comply with the applicable terms and conditions as well as have an Immune status in Tawakkalna.

Founding Day Operetta in Riyadh's Mohammed Abdu Arena :

Experience this epic operetta on February 23 that takes you back to the early days of Saudi Arabia. An event celebrating the founder and other historical icons through three centuries. The doors will open at 7 PM, and the show starts at 10 PM and lasts until 11 PM.

Founding Day Sky Show in Riyadh at King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Road / Prince Turki Ibn Abdulaziz AlAwwal Road :

There are no tickets required for this event on February 24. Look up! Riyadh's spectacular fireworks and drone show.

Riyadh's skies will be transformed into a canvas of light as 10 paintings magically blend with mesmerizing music.The show will start at 10 PM and last for half an hour in the Open Area.

A mind-enriching dose awaits you at the Majlis cultural event, from February 22 to 24. Discover the cultural history of the Saudi First State through thought-provoking workshops, talks, and discussions. The event starts at 4 PM.
