The Ministry of Commerce has warned people against hoarding and profiteering amid the global coronavirus outbreak.
The Interior Ministry announced on Sunday that it would limit movement in Qatif as a precaution to prevent coronavirus spread.
Teams from the Ministry of Commerce carried out monitoring tours to verify the availability of food products and commodities in Qatif and confirmed sufficient availability of goods.
The ministry warned against exploitation and asked people not to circulate rumors, urging them to understand the precautionary measures put in place to ensure their safety.
