Al Baha region police in Saudi Arabia arrested a person who appeared in a viral video of social media, scaring and frightening pedestrians on a street.
The man who had seen in a video clip with title 'Harvesting the Al Baha Cemetery', wearing all black dress and walking strangely in the street and making noises to fear the people has been arrested.
