A special Hajj visa is required to perform the Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia. According to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, business visas will not be accepted for Hajj prayers this year.

The answer was given in response to a question posted on the Twitter account for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in which the user asked if he could perform Hajj with a business visa.

The Saudi Ministry of Interior clarified on Twitter that pilgrims can only perform Hajj rituals if they hold a visa designated for Hajj or if they reside in Saudi Arabia with a regular resident permit (iqama) or a national identity.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah clarified earlier this month that to perform Umrah in Saudi Arabia, the permit must be issued by Eatmarna or Tawakkalna, and the user's data must be updated with the Absher system, with the condition that the status appears as Immune in Tawakkalna.
