Conditions for Issuing a Final Exit Visa
To issue a final exit visa, the following conditions must be met:
- Visa Fee Payment: The visa issuance fee must be fully paid.
- Traffic Violation Clearance: Any outstanding traffic violations on the worker or sponsor must be cleared.
- Presence in Saudi Arabia: The worker must be physically present in Saudi Arabia during the application.
- Valid Passport: The worker’s passport should be valid for at least 60 days at the time of application.
- Valid Iqama (Residency Permit): The applicant’s iqama must be valid.
- No Registered Vehicle: The worker should not have any registered vehicles under their name.
- Biometric Data Requirement: For applicants 15 years or older, biometric information must be on record in the Jawazat system.
Procedure to Issue Final Exit Visa
Follow these steps to issue a final exit visa:
- Log in to Muqeem Portal: Access the official portal for electronic transactions.
- Navigate to e-Transactions: Select the 'Electronic Final Exit Visa' option.
- Click on Issue Final Exit Visa: Initiate the visa issuance process.
- Enter OTP: Input the one-time password received on your registered device.
- Provide Resident’s Information: Enter details for the worker needing the final exit visa.
- Confirm Resident Details: Review and confirm the entered data.
- Finalize the Process: Click 'Confirm and Print' to complete the final exit visa issuance.
