According to Al Eqtisadiah newspaper, Ziad Al-Aqeel, Manager of the e-network, Ejar will soon launch a new version of the housing contract.

In addition, the new contract allows tenants to modify a housing unit, to refer to government agencies, to rent out portions of the unit, and to determine who is responsible for the terms.

Al-Aqeel said the technical connection with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) will be completed before the end of the first half of 2022.
