Egypt Imposes Entry Fees On Citizens Of The GCC

The Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced the collection of entry visa fees for its lands from its citizens who are citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, specifically Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, in addition to Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman.

The official newspaper published the text of the decision, which also included the exemption of visa fees for tourists coming to the country on board direct flights to tourist governorates.
