In Absher, you may change your phone number in two ways:

1.If your previous mobile number is still active and you can access your Absher, you'd want to switch to a new one. It's doable if you follow the steps below.

•Open your Absher account by logging in.

•Select the user's information.

•Fill in the essential details as well as the new phone number.

•Select Save.

•Type in the verification code that was issued to your new phone number

2.If an old cellphone number is no longer valid due to cancellation or disappearance, the user must take the measures outlined below.

•Visit the Absher Self-Service Machine.

•Select Update Mobile Number and follow the on-screen instructions.

•Log in to your Absher account using the new number's verification code.

- If visiting the Absher self-service machines is not feasible, the user can visit any of the offices and activation employees in Jawazat or the Ministry of Interior's Civil Affairs agency.

In Absher, how long does it take to update a cellphone number?

In the event that the employee's mobile has not been updated, the Absher platform has established the time frame for reviewing the employee.

- Absher advised that if the permission message to change the cellphone number has not arrived after more than 24 hours, please check it with Jawazat personnel to approve the request.
