The General Traffic Department (Muroor) of Saudi Arabia warned against leaving the vehicle on the sloping roads, stating that it will expose the vehicle owner to pay a penalty of 300 SR to 500 SR.
The Muroor in Saudi Arabia on its Twitter said that, when stopping the vehicle on a slope, make sure to stop in the designated stops, secure the transmission by using hand brakes and turn the tires towards the sidewalk.
- The Saudi Traffic department added that, Leaving the vehicle on a sloping road without taking the necessary precautions is a traffic violation and offended person would face a fine of 300 Saudi Riyals to 500 Riyals.
